Gemma has been a Primary School Teacher in South London for over 15 years. Her passions lie with empowering people in the community to make changes which impact themselves and those around them.

She founded The Friendly Flex in 2022 after having practised Pilates for over five years. She then qualified as a professional Pilates instructor.

Gemma strives to offer good quality Pilates at a reduced rate, recognising the benefits it has made in her own life, set against the increasing financial cost to participate in.
